Welcome to Postwego. These Terms & Conditions, also referred to as the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of the Postwego website, mobile applications, marketplace platform, listing tools, communication features, paid promotional tools, subscription packages, advertising services, and related products and services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Postwego LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Postwego, also referred to as “Postwego,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Postwego is a global classified marketplace and location-based discovery platform designed to help users buy, sell, rent, hire, offer services, browse real estate listings, and explore job opportunities in their selected local markets.
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, posting a listing, sending a message, purchasing a paid feature, using the mobile app, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Prohibited Items Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies we make available through the Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Postwego.
Postwego LLC is registered in the United States as a Delaware limited liability company, but Postwego operates as a global marketplace platform.
Users may access Postwego from different countries, states, provinces, territories, cities, and local jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with all laws, rules, regulations, licensing requirements, tax obligations, consumer protection rules, advertising rules, employment laws, housing laws, professional rules, import/export rules, customs requirements, and local ordinances that apply to your use of Postwego, your listings, your communications, your services, and your transactions.
A listing, item, service, job, real estate post, or transaction that is legal in one country or locality may be restricted or prohibited in another. Postwego does not provide legal, tax, real estate, employment, customs, licensing, insurance, or professional advice.
Postwego may restrict, modify, suspend, or discontinue access to certain features, categories, payment options, listings, or services in specific countries, regions, or jurisdictions where required by law, platform policy, risk review, payment provider rules, app store rules, or business operations.
Postwego is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post listings, communicate with other users, buy or sell items, offer services, apply for jobs, post job opportunities, browse or post real estate listings, purchase paid features, or otherwise use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are not prohibited from using the Services under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
You will use Postwego only for lawful purposes.
The information you provide to Postwego is accurate, complete, and current.
If you use Postwego on behalf of a business, company, organization, employer, contractor, service provider, landlord, seller, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity and bind that entity to these Terms.
Postwego is not intended for minors. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account if we believe the user is under 18 or has provided false, incomplete, or misleading eligibility information.
You may need an account to use certain features, including posting listings, contacting users, saving listings, purchasing promotions, managing seller packages, offering services, applying for jobs, or using other marketplace tools.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to update that information when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
You agree not to:
Create an account using false information.
Share your account with unauthorized users.
Use another person’s account without permission.
Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, manipulate listings, avoid enforcement, or abuse promotions.
Sell, transfer, rent, or assign your account without Postwego’s written approval.
You must notify Postwego immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, fraud, or any security issue involving your account.
Postwego is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
By using Postwego, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including account notices, transactional messages, security alerts, policy updates, support responses, listing notifications, payment-related messages, and other service-related communications.
You agree that electronic notices, agreements, disclosures, and communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Marketing communications, push notifications, emails, or SMS messages may be subject to separate consent and opt-out options where required by law.
Postwego is a global classified marketplace and local discovery platform that allows users to connect for buying, selling, renting, hiring, offering services, browsing real estate listings, and exploring job opportunities.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Postwego is not:
The seller, buyer, owner, landlord, tenant, employer, employee, contractor, subcontractor, agent, broker, real estate professional, property manager, lender, insurer, title company, escrow agent, payment processor, shipping provider, background-check provider, customs broker, importer, exporter, or guarantor in any user transaction.
A party to agreements, contracts, payments, communications, services, purchases, leases, employment discussions, job applications, shipping arrangements, customs declarations, or real estate transactions between users.
Responsible for verifying the truth, legality, accuracy, condition, quality, safety, availability, value, licensing, insurance, tax status, import/export compliance, or suitability of listings, users, goods, services, jobs, employers, applicants, real estate posts, or transactions.
Users are solely responsible for their own listings, communications, decisions, agreements, payments, taxes, inspections, meetings, services, deliveries, legal compliance, and transaction outcomes.
Postwego does not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale, lead, message, booking, application, hire, rental, purchase, or completed transaction.
“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, post, publish, display, send, transmit, or make available through Postwego, including listings, photos, videos, prices, descriptions, categories, business profiles, service descriptions, job posts, real estate details, messages, reviews, ratings, comments, and account information.
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the content or have all rights necessary to post it.
The content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, contract right, or other third-party right.
The content does not violate applicable law, these Terms, or any Postwego policy.
You have legal authority to offer, sell, rent, advertise, hire, or provide whatever is included in your listing.
Your listing complies with all laws and rules applicable in the country, state, province, city, or locality where the item, service, job, property, transaction, or user is located.
By submitting User Content, you grant Postwego a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify for formatting, promote, translate, index, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, market, and provide the Services.
This license allows Postwego to display your listings across the platform, mobile apps, search results, promotional placements, emails, notifications, social media, advertising channels, search engines, and other Postwego-controlled marketing or discovery tools.
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted above.
Postwego may remove, edit, reject, hide, downgrade, restrict, suspend, or disable any User Content or listing at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, applicable law, user safety standards, marketplace integrity standards, or the rights of others.
Postwego is designed as a public or semi-public marketplace. Listings, profile details, business information, service descriptions, job posts, real estate posts, ratings, reviews, and other content you choose to publish may be visible to other users and, in some cases, may appear in search engines, shared links, promotional materials, or other public-facing areas.
Do not post sensitive personal information in public listings, including government identification numbers, banking information, passwords, access codes, private addresses, confidential documents, or personal information you do not want others to see.
Postwego may remove, restrict, or review public content if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, safety standards, legal obligations, or marketplace integrity rules.
You agree not to post, offer, sell, rent, advertise, request, promote, facilitate, or engage in any illegal, unsafe, deceptive, fraudulent, discriminatory, harmful, restricted, or prohibited activity.
You may not use Postwego to:
Post false, deceptive, misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent listings.
Post stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, restricted, regulated, or illegal goods.
Sell or promote illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, counterfeit documents, stolen property, hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, unlawful animals, or prohibited services.
Post adult sexual services, exploitative content, human trafficking-related content, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers any person.
Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, defame, intimidate, abuse, or impersonate others.
Post hate speech, violent content, discriminatory content, or content promoting harm.
Discriminate in housing, employment, services, or transactions based on protected characteristics under applicable law.
Use Postwego for scams, phishing, fake payments, money laundering, check fraud, chargeback fraud, advance-fee schemes, bait-and-switch tactics, counterfeit goods, or deceptive business practices.
Post spam, duplicate listings, keyword stuffing, irrelevant categories, misleading titles, or artificially inflated listings.
Scrape, crawl, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, interfere with, overload, or damage the Services.
Use bots, scripts, unauthorized automation, fake accounts, or other tools to manipulate access, rankings, views, reviews, messages, or promotions.
Circumvent moderation, account limits, safety tools, verification systems, fee systems, country restrictions, or platform restrictions.
Misrepresent your identity, business, qualifications, licensing, insurance, authority, location, affiliation, availability, or transaction terms.
Collect user information without permission.
Use Postwego in violation of sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering rules, anti-bribery laws, anti-corruption laws, or other applicable trade compliance requirements.
Violate any applicable international, federal, national, state, provincial, county, municipal, or local law.
Postwego may maintain additional prohibited item rules, safety policies, listing standards, job posting rules, real estate rules, advertising rules, service provider rules, and community guidelines. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because Postwego LLC is a U.S.-registered company, users may not use Postwego in any way that would cause Postwego, its users, or its service providers to violate applicable sanctions, export control laws, trade restrictions, anti-money laundering rules, anti-bribery laws, anti-corruption laws, or other legal compliance obligations.
You may not use Postwego if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or acting on behalf of a person or entity located in a country, territory, or region where use of Postwego is prohibited by applicable law or by Postwego policy.
You may not use Postwego if you are listed on, owned by, controlled by, acting for, or acting on behalf of any person or entity subject to sanctions, trade restrictions, or similar legal restrictions.
Postwego may restrict or terminate access, remove listings, block transactions, refuse paid services, or require additional verification where required for sanctions, export control, fraud prevention, payment compliance, marketplace safety, or legal reasons.
Postwego may allow users to offer or request services, including home services, professional services, personal services, business services, repairs, maintenance, consulting, creative work, and other service categories.
Service providers are independent users or businesses. Postwego does not employ, supervise, train, endorse, certify, guarantee, insure, or control service providers unless expressly stated in writing.
Service providers are solely responsible for:
Having all required licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, bonding, certifications, and authorizations.
Complying with all applicable laws, codes, safety standards, and professional rules in their country, state, province, city, or locality.
Accurately describing their services, pricing, availability, skills, experience, qualifications, and limitations.
Performing services safely, lawfully, and professionally.
Paying applicable taxes, duties, fees, and business obligations.
Customers are responsible for evaluating providers, checking licenses and insurance when appropriate, reviewing estimates, confirming scope, and making independent hiring decisions.
Postwego is not responsible for service quality, service completion, property damage, personal injury, missed appointments, pricing disputes, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance, or disputes between users.
Postwego may allow users to post or browse real estate-related listings, including homes, apartments, rooms, land, commercial properties, rentals, leases, and property opportunities.
Postwego is not a real estate broker, brokerage firm, real estate agent, leasing agent, property manager, appraiser, lender, insurer, escrow provider, title company, attorney, or housing authority.
Users who post real estate listings are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable real estate, housing, advertising, licensing, zoning, occupancy, disclosure, landlord-tenant, anti-discrimination, and consumer protection laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
Users may not post housing content that discriminates against, excludes, discourages, or shows preference based on protected characteristics under applicable law.
Real estate information on Postwego may not be complete, current, verified, or accurate. Users should independently verify property details, ownership, condition, title, pricing, lease terms, zoning, permits, restrictions, and legal requirements before entering into any transaction.
Postwego may allow users to post or browse job listings, hiring opportunities, gig opportunities, contract work, temporary work, freelance opportunities, or employment-related content.
Postwego is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, payroll provider, employment agency, background-check company, immigration advisor, tax advisor, or guarantor of any job opportunity unless expressly stated in writing.
Employers, recruiters, and job posters are solely responsible for complying with applicable employment, labor, wage, tax, immigration, workplace safety, anti-discrimination, job advertising, worker classification, and hiring laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
Job seekers are responsible for verifying employers, compensation, work requirements, work location, hiring terms, legitimacy, and safety before accepting any opportunity or sharing sensitive information.
Postwego does not guarantee job placement, hiring results, applicant quality, employer legitimacy, compensation, work conditions, or employment outcomes.
Transactions between users are solely between those users. Postwego is not a party to user-to-user transactions.
You are responsible for verifying listings, inspecting items, confirming terms, selecting safe payment methods, meeting safely, documenting agreements, and deciding whether to complete any transaction.
Postwego does not guarantee payment, delivery, item condition, service performance, job placement, rental approval, property condition, title, ownership, authenticity, customs clearance, import/export compliance, or transaction completion.
Postwego may offer paid features, including listing boosts, featured placements, advertising packages, seller packages, business packages, subscriptions, premium tools, promotional credits, or other paid services.
By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges shown at checkout or otherwise disclosed before purchase.
Paid features may improve visibility or access to certain tools, but they do not guarantee views, clicks, leads, messages, sales, hires, applications, bookings, ranking position, or transaction results.
Postwego may change prices, features, package benefits, duration, listing limits, advertising rules, or subscription terms at any time. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
Postwego may display prices, fees, or listings in different currencies depending on user location, selected country, payment provider, platform settings, or available features.
Currency conversions, exchange rates, bank fees, card fees, foreign transaction fees, taxes, app store fees, payment processor charges, and local charges may apply. Postwego is not responsible for charges imposed by banks, card issuers, payment processors, app stores, or third parties.
If you purchase Postwego services through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, PayPal, or another third-party platform, your purchase may also be governed by that third party’s terms, payment rules, refund rules, currency rules, and privacy practices.
Users are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and paying all applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, export fees, VAT, GST, sales taxes, income taxes, withholding taxes, and other charges related to their listings, sales, purchases, services, income, employment activity, business operations, and transactions.
Postwego does not provide tax advice.
Refunds for Postwego fees are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and any refund terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, paid promotions, boosts, featured listings, advertising packages, seller packages, and subscription fees may be non-refundable once activated, used, delivered, or partially delivered.
Postwego may require certain sellers, businesses, service providers, advertisers, employers, real estate posters, or high-volume users to provide additional information for compliance, fraud prevention, marketplace integrity, tax, identity, payment, consumer protection, or legal reasons.
This information may include legal name, business name, address, phone number, email, tax information, bank or payment information, government identification, business registration details, licensing information, trader status, or other verification materials.
Postwego may suspend, restrict, hide, or remove listings or accounts if required information is not provided, cannot be verified, becomes outdated, or appears inaccurate.
Where required by law, Postwego may collect, verify, store, update, disclose, or certify certain seller or business information.
Users acting as businesses, traders, merchants, service providers, employers, landlords, agents, or professional sellers are responsible for complying with all consumer disclosure, licensing, cancellation, warranty, tax, advertising, and professional obligations that apply to them.
Postwego may allow users to leave reviews, ratings, comments, or feedback.
Reviews must be honest, accurate, relevant, and based on genuine experiences.
You may not post fake reviews, paid reviews without proper disclosure, retaliatory reviews, misleading ratings, defamatory content, spam reviews, or reviews intended to manipulate marketplace reputation.
Postwego may remove, restrict, moderate, or refuse to display reviews that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
Postwego may provide messaging, chat, notification, email, SMS, or in-app communication tools.
You agree to use communication tools lawfully and responsibly.
You may not use Postwego messaging to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
Conduct scams or fraudulent activity.
Request prohibited transactions.
Share harmful, illegal, or exploitative content.
Bypass Postwego’s rules, fees, restrictions, or safety tools.
Postwego may monitor, review, filter, restrict, or remove communications where permitted by law and where we believe it is necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, enforcement, or platform integrity.
You are responsible for your own safety when using Postwego.
Use caution when buying, selling, meeting in person, hiring, offering services, viewing property, accepting work, shipping items, making payments, or communicating with other users.
You should consider:
Meeting in safe, public locations when appropriate.
Avoiding suspicious payment methods.
Verifying identity, item condition, and listing details.
Checking licenses, insurance, and references when hiring service providers.
Verifying property ownership, employment details, and business legitimacy.
Not sharing unnecessary sensitive personal or financial information.
Reporting suspicious, unsafe, or fraudulent activity.
Postwego does not conduct comprehensive background checks, criminal screening, identity verification, license verification, employment verification, real estate verification, product verification, or property verification on users unless expressly stated.
You use Postwego and interact with users at your own risk.
Postwego, including its name, logos, designs, software, source code, features, user interface, graphics, icons, content, databases, trademarks, service marks, and branding, is owned by Postwego or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission from Postwego.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Postwego’s intellectual property.

Your notice should include:

A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property right.

Postwego may remove content alleged to infringe intellectual property rights and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Your use of Postwego is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information.

Postwego may include links, integrations, maps, payment tools, analytics tools, advertising tools, app store services, identity tools, hosting services, or other third-party services.
Postwego does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, fees, security, availability, actions, or practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Postwego may offer sponsored listings, boosted listings, featured placements, advertising packages, seller packages, business packages, subscription plans, and other visibility tools.
Postwego does not guarantee impressions, views, clicks, leads, messages, sales, applications, hires, bookings, ranking, placement, or transaction results from any paid or promotional feature.
Postwego may label, rotate, rank, approve, reject, modify, remove, or restrict promoted content in accordance with our advertising policies, platform design, and marketplace standards.
Postwego may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or remove any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, network, country, language, or currency.
Postwego may impose limits on listings, messages, accounts, categories, promotions, storage, uploads, payments, countries, or other features.
Postwego may investigate, restrict, suspend, terminate, remove, hide, downgrade, or limit accounts, listings, messages, paid features, reviews, promotions, or access to the Services at any time if we believe:
You violated these Terms or our policies.
Your activity creates risk, liability, harm, fraud, abuse, legal exposure, or safety concerns.
Your account is being misused or accessed without authorization.
Your content may be illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, misleading, infringing, restricted, or harmful.
You provided false, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable information.
You are attempting to bypass enforcement, sanctions controls, country restrictions, payment rules, or platform restrictions.
We are required or encouraged to act by law, regulation, court order, payment processor, app store, government authority, or third-party platform.
You may stop using Postwego at any time.
Termination does not limit Postwego’s right to retain information where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, enforcement, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, company notices, and other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postwego disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
Postwego does not warrant that:
The Services will always be available, secure, accurate, timely, or error-free.
Listings, users, products, services, jobs, real estate posts, or transactions will be accurate, lawful, safe, reliable, or available.
Any user will complete a transaction, respond to a message, perform a service, make payment, deliver an item, hire an applicant, approve a rental, or honor any agreement.
Content will be free from fraud, scams, offensive material, unlawful activity, or harmful conduct.
Paid features will produce any specific result.
The Services will be available in every country, language, currency, or region.
You use Postwego at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postwego and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, reputational harm, personal injury, property damage, transaction losses, fraud losses, service disputes, job disputes, real estate disputes, payment issues, customs issues, import/export issues, currency conversion issues, or damages arising from user conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postwego’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid directly to Postwego in the 30 days before the claim arose; or
$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Postwego and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Services.
Your User Content.
Your listings, transactions, services, jobs, real estate posts, communications, or disputes with other users.
Your violation of these Terms or Postwego policies.
Your violation of any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
Your fraud, negligence, misconduct, or misrepresentation.
Your failure to obtain required licenses, permits, insurance, authorizations, or approvals.
Your tax, customs, import, export, product safety, employment, housing, consumer protection, or professional compliance obligations.
Please contact Postwego first if you have a concern. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally where reasonable.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact Postwego and provide a brief written description of the dispute, your requested resolution, and your contact information.
Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days, unless emergency legal relief is necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, your account, your use of Postwego, or any relationship with Postwego will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
This arbitration provision does not prevent either party from bringing qualifying claims in small claims court or seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, data security threats, sanctions compliance, fraud, or platform abuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Postwego agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis.
You and Postwego waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, representative action, private attorney general action, or class-wide arbitration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Postwego waive any right to a jury trial for disputes that are not subject to arbitration.
You may opt out of the arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@postwego.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.
Your opt-out notice must include your full name, account email, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
Opting out of arbitration does not opt you out of any other part of these Terms.
Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration, class action waivers, jury trial waivers, certain limitations of liability, or certain venue restrictions. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to the arbitration provision and applicable law, any dispute that must be resolved in court will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Because Postwego operates globally, some user rights, consumer protection rules, privacy rights, employment laws, housing laws, tax obligations, transaction-related obligations, and non-waivable protections may also be governed by the laws of the country, state, province, city, or locality where the user, listing, transaction, service, property, job, or business activity is located.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Postwego may provide country-specific, region-specific, or category-specific terms, policies, disclosures, notices, or compliance requirements.
